These items are ready to ship. You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days.

With personalization
These pieces are made especially for you, entirely hand-finished with your personal information. This is why their manufacture takes a little longer. The total delivery time is 14 to 16 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note, however, that personalized jewelry cannot be returned, except in case of a product issue. In that event, we will, of course, resolve the problem for you.

Are the jewels exactly identical to those in the photo?

Yes, our photos accurately reflect the product. Slight variations in color may appear depending on your screen settings, but the jewelry itself is exactly as presented.

Non-personalized jewelry:
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. In this case also, contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order is in production or in transit, we can no longer make changes.
