With customization
These pieces are made especially for you, entirely hand-finished with your personal information. This is why their production takes a little longer. The total delivery time is 14 to 16 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note, however, that personalized jewelry cannot be returned, except in case of a problem with the product. In that situation, we will, of course, take care of resolving the issue for you.

Are the jewels exactly identical to those in the photo?

Non-personalized jewelry:
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. In this case too, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order is in production or being shipped, we can no longer make changes.
